Homeowners want and expect their property value to increase over time. This is not a given if the home it not kept up. There are ways to increase home value, but some of the easiest is a fresh coat of paint (inside & out) and curb appeal. Energy efficiency and updated kitchen and baths are at the top of the list as well but usually require more capital.
