As the heat kicks up and we enter Summer in the desert. Some sellers and buyers may think, “why now?” Who buys or sells in the Summer in the desert. Well, in 2014, 48% of the homes sold for the year closed during the Summer heat AND in 2015, it was 49%. This shocked me too, but
it’s a statistical fact.
